Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st Shift, Mon-Fri from 7:00 AM to 3:05 PM. You will operate machinery, package final products, and contribute to a safety- and quality-focused manufacturing team.

This role is part of Land O'Lakes' Omnium business, focusing on crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products. You will learn front-line production processes while following SOPs and collaborating with leads and management to meet daily production goals.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.
