Job summary

Standard Process Inc. in Palmyra, WI is seeking a Production Operator to join our team responsible for filling, packaging and labeling products. This role helps ensure smooth operations across multiple stations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The shift runs from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm on weekdays with a starting pay of 20.98 per hour, and opportunities to learn additional stations and processes as you gain experience. A safety-conscious approach and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing or packaging.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Reliable and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

• Complete the required sections within documentation to ensure compliance.
• Perform all relevant quality control checks.
• Monitor machine operations to troubleshoot and correct issues.

• Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday or as needed
• Starting Pay: 20.98
• Expectations: Reliable and can work safely and effectively in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
