Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking experienced Production Operators in Batesville, Mississippi. You will operate machines, match materials to paperwork, and oversee stitching, bonding and finishing of tube products.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and prior process equipment operation. Drug tests and background checks are required; the role is 2nd shift with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Verifiable high school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Process equipment operation experience required.
• Must pass drug test and criminal history background check.
• Ability to work 2nd shift; 4:15pm–2:30am.
• 6+ months manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain machine sheets for jobs.
• Match felt material with paperwork and confirm proper B-tag, correct material type, and dimensions.
• Install proper machines and set correct job size.
• Load heavy rolls of materials, thread spools, etc.
• Monitor stitching, taping and flame bonds during the operation.
• Perform splices, tapers, transitions, and other tube specifics while working on knees on concrete floor.
• Hand sew multiple layers of felt, as required.
• Manually stack tubes up to 30” in diameter onto pallets without machine assistance.
• Communicate safety, quality, or other work-related aspects clearly with team.
