The role focuses on operating mill components via manual and automated controls, threading strip through the mill, and adjusting tooling to minimize waste.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, good attendance, and the ability to work shifts with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in manufacturing preferred.
• 2–5 years hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates mill components using manual and automatic controls on control panel.
• Observes threading of strip through mill processes and adjusts tooling with minimal scrap.
• Adheres to safety, housekeeping and quality standards.
• Produces quality product to meet output cost standards and reports variances.
• Maintains production goals and records QA checks and production totals.
