Job summary

Arclin Surfaces, USA is seeking a Production Operator E in Tacoma, WA to operate, package, and maintain machinery during production to ensure compliance with Arclin’s goals and objectives.

This entry-level, full-time position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends), and forklift experience or certification. Strong analytical and mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience a plus but must be able to become certified.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset needed to be successful in this role.
• Must be ok with 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights/Weekends).
• Must follow strict Health and Safety Guidelines and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operates sheeter and rewinder machinery to make finished goods.
• Packages finished goods bundles as produced according to customer specifications.
• Operates a forklift to load/unload raw materials.
• Collaborates with crew to meet production and shipping schedule.
• Ensures required packaging documents are completed and procedures followed per regulations.
