Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 2 years in manufacturing with visual inspection and measurement systems.
• Experience with SPC is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and inspection equipment and support the production line.
• Perform visual product inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Document downtime, reject rates, and machine performance accurately.
• Maintain safety, TPM procedures, and clear shift-change communications.
