Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Gypsum is seeking motivated and safety‑oriented individuals to join our team as Production Operators at our Newington, NH facility. This position supports continuous manufacturing of wallboard and offers 12‑hour shifts with day or night rotations.

You will operate equipment, monitor control systems, troubleshoot production issues, and perform basic maintenance while ensuring safety and quality. Location: 170 Shattuck Way, Newington, NH 03801.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or input into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate around forklifts and other heavy equipment.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment.
