Job summary

Alkegen in Rochester, NH seeks a skilled manufacturing operator to support a fast-paced facility. You will operate mobile equipment, maintain safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain production.

Required is a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing. Oracle/ABB familiarity is a plus. OT and 12-hour shifts including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely.
• Able to read and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Comfortable using computers and data entry systems; Oracle/ABB is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working steady shifts incl. OT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct duties in a professional, respectful manner aligned with policies.
• Maintain safety, quality workmanship and teamwork to support production.
• Participate in safety initiatives and improvement efforts.
• Operate mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform confined space entry and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends when needed.
