Role details

This is a B shift role, involving 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Essential Functions

• Obtain and maintain certification for all department operations within one year.
• Perform duties from Packager to Setup Operator, with potential to cover higher graded jobs.
• Follow all safety, quality policies, and procedures, including lockout protocols.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Prioritize tasks using sound decision-making skills.
• Cover absences as needed and perform SAP/OEE transactions.
• Conduct inspections and maintain effective communication with team members.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
