Prinova USA in Carol Stream, IL is hiring for a Production Operator II on 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am). You will safely operate processing and packaging equipment for liquid and dry blend products, weighing and mixing ingredients, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company policies.

The role requires high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, forklift experience, and familiarity with ERP and MS Office. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and write English (75% literacy).

Responsabilités

• Operate blending, mixing, and packaging equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-operational setup and disassembly of equipment.
• Verify and weigh raw materials per work orders and blend sheets.
• Mix ingredients according to specified procedures and take batch samples.
• Package, label and palletize finished products accurately.
• Maintain documentation for quality, safety, and production records.
• Assists with washdowns, sanitization, and equipment cleaning.
• Supports audits and follows HACCP procedures.
• Maintain a clean and work area.
• Cross train on various equipment, processes, and production departments

Production Operator II 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am)

Summary: The Production Operator II is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of processing and packaging equipment used in the manufacturing of liquid and dry blend products. The Production Operator II will be required to weigh, combine, and mix materials, monitoring and manipulating materials at various states of processing. This role ensures that production meets safety, quality and efficiency standards while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and company policies.

• Operate blending, mixing, and packaging equipment.

Required Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years’ experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and write English (75% literacy)

• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• 1 + year experience operating forklifts

• The work environment is normally in a production Setting
• Ability to lift and move up to 55lbs frequently.
• Stand for extended periods; frequent squatting, bending, twisting, and bi-lateral wrist movements.
• Tolerate exposure to a variety of different aromas and powdered substance.
