Qualifications

• Technical aptitude to operate machinery or be trained as a Machine Operator in a precision manufacturing setting.
• Ability to learn how to measure parts accurately using calipers and micrometers.
• Detailed visual inspection skills to ensure product quality per specs.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, monitor, and run equipment as an active Machine Operator on the line.
• Assist in high-volume production tasks, including setting up an Injection Mold system and managing raw material feeds.
• Process excess material and scrap using a Grind machine to maintain a clean Warehouse floor.
• Support daily Logistics and material handling needs around the shop, with forklift training as needed.
• Conduct precise part measurement and quality inspection using calipers and micrometers.
• Assist senior team members in managing basic CNC equipment and general shop machinery.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Machine Operator in a fast-paced Manufacturing and Warehouse facility. In this role, you will play a key part in overall Production efficiency by monitoring equipment, utilizing calipers, micrometers, and conducting quality inspection routines on finished goods.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Technical Aptitude: Experience operating machinery or interest in training as a Machine Operator in a precision Manufacturing setting.
• Measurement Skills: Ability or willingness to learn how to measure parts accurately using calipers, micrometers.
• Quality Assurance: Strong visual attention to detail required to complete each product inspection according to customer specs.
• Equipment Rework: Basic physical stamina to manage raw materials, process product Grind, and monitor equipment output.
• Material Movement: Ability to move around a Warehouse setting efficiently (forklift will train for candidates ready to expand their skills).
• Work Ethic: Strong attendance, reliability, and readiness to work in a collaborative Production environment.
