Ashland Specialty Ingredients, GP in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Chemical Operator to support GMP production. You will maintain safety, handle material receipt, and operate and clean manufacturing equipment while following work instructions.

This role requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift 55 lbs, and willingness to work rotating shifts, holidays and overtime. SAP transactions knowledge is a plus and forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must possess a high level of mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to clearly record observations in a written form.
• Ability to follow and complete written directions.

Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Chemical Operator to join our Specialty Ingredients G.P Business at our Wilmington, DE. This position will report to Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

Preferred Skill Sets

• GMP or Chemical Manufacturing experience
• Fork lift experience
• General Computer experience
