Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Operator to join a leading manufacturing client in Wisconsin. This entry-level role focuses on safely operating production equipment, monitoring machinery, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Shifts include Day (7:00am–7:00pm) and Night (7:00pm–7:00am, 3 days on/3 days off). The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment including mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and palletizers.
• Monitor and maintain production machinery to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality procedures to ensure safe production.
• Record material usage manually and via computer, accurately fill out process batch sheets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Title: Production Operators Day and Night Shift

Location: Wauwatosa, WI

Pay Range: $20.50-$21.50

Day Shift: 7:00am-7:00pm

Night Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am 3 Days On, 3 Days Off Rotation

What's the Job?

• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work cooperatively with colleagues and leadership.
• Willingness to rotate through different work functions as required by process flow.
