Production Operator - Thomasville, NC

Pay: $19.00

Shift: Day, 6:30am - 6:30pm

As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need it. Your work will directly impact people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging equipment, according to job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Assist junior operators in their responsibilities.
• Repair and clean equipment when necessary.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Operate trucks and industrial vehicles to transfer equipment between warehouse and work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
