Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for machining, handling products, equipment and materials per Method of Manufacturing and the Quality Procedures.
• Must run production according to schedules, unless instructed otherwise.
• Must deburr, clean, and pack items per job instructions.
• Must be able to maintain correct counts.
• Accurately document/record information on forms & labels.
• Must perform Quality Checks with gauges and visual inspection per In-Process Inspection Reports while running production.
• Demonstrate ability to safely operate various machines.
• Must be able to read and understand Job Travelers / Job routings.
• Read and understand basic blueprints.
• Report labor, rework, and scrap directly in computer operating system.
• Perform or identify with any operator maintenance on the machine in use.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, occasionally subject to frequent changes in job assignment as requested by Supervisor.
• Other tasks as needed.
