Smurfit Westrock in Sioux City, IA is hiring a Production Worker to support manufacturing operations on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $21.61 per hour with increases after 60 days up to $24.86 per hour, with shift differentials and a solid benefits package.

Starting Wage Range:

$21.61/hr with increases after 60 days up to $24.86/hr, depending on assignment

Primary Duties Include

• Operating manufacturing equipment/powered equipment safely and follow specific directions
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, life, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs a day.
• Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload.
• Must be willing to work any available shift.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Other duties as assigned
