Job summary

Nestlé Purina in Saint Joseph, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated production associate to support our pet-food manufacturing line. You will contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency while operating across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Starting hourly rate is $27.84/hour. You will perform quality checks, operate a forklift and an aerial lift, and maintain a strong safety mindset to ensure top-notch production and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Perform quality checks; be able to differentiate defective product from acceptable product.

Immediately, you’ll train in several areas within the production environment so you can effectively provide support to your assigned position. This position has a starting hourly rate of $27.84/hour.

Must be willing to work Monday-Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday

• Work in a manufacturing environment, handling various materials e.g., raw meat, dry ingredients. At times working with large, fast moving machinery.
• Perform quality checks; be able to differentiate defective product from acceptable product.
• Safely operate a fork truck and aerial lift.

Requirements

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment

OR

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be open to working all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3)

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $27.84. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
