Arclin is seeking a Production Operator in Portland, OR. This entry-level, full-time role reports to the Production Supervisor and handles tasks in manufacturing and processing impregnated surfaces, ensuring HSE compliance and safe operation.
You will monitor line operations, operate forklifts, package and move finished goods, collaborate across departments, and support meeting production and shipping targets while adhering to safety guidelines.

Starting Pay: $22.88/hr (with potential to make $31.38/hr)
Shifts: Three rotating shifts every 6 weeks: days 6:45 am – 3:00 pm, swing 2:45 pm – 11:00 pm, and nights 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM.
Additional: $1 differential for hours worked from 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
We are currently seeking a Production Operator for our Portland, OR location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this entry-level, full-time position is responsible for performing tasks and duties pertaining to manufacturing and processing impregnated surfaces. The Operator is required to know and perform all assigned production department functions in compliance with HSE - Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and Arclin’s policies and procedures to contribute positively to an efficient and safely run operation.
