Job Summary

IFF is looking for a Blending Operator to join their Winter Haven, FL location.

The Blending Operator is accountable for:

1. Compounding and packaging blends of natural chemicals to generate finished products.
2. Accurately and consistently operating all equipment and/or machinery according to training and SOP protocols, including, but not limited to, transfer pumps, filtration equipment, blend tanks, documentation, and labeling of materials.
3. Maintaining a safe and sanitary work area by ensuring the department and all equipment are cleaned and in good working order.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Able to routinely lift 50 lbs
3. Production Experience Preferred
