Job summary

CoreFX Ingredients LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator to join our spray drying and blending team. You will help produce high-quality powdered food ingredients and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

This full-time role offers first and second shift options, training provided, and opportunities for overtime and career growth. You should be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Willing to learn and work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Operate spray drying and powder blending equipment
• Prepare equipment for production runs
• Measure and add ingredients per specifications
• Package finished products and ensure quality standards
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitation
• Maintain production documentation accurately
• Conduct quality checks throughout the process
• Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP and safety procedures
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
• Keep a clean, organized and safe work area

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality powdered food ingredients through spray drying and blending operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate and monitor spray drying and powder blending equipment
• Prepare equipment for production runs
• Measure and add ingredients according to production specifications
• Package finished products while maintaining quality standards
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitation
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures
• Work closely with teammates to ensure production goals are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires employees to:

• Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods during an 8+hour shift
• Bend, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements
• Work in varying temperatures and around industrial manufacturing equipment
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
