Production Operator:

• Starting wage of $17.75 per hour plus a $1.15 shift premium, with opportunities to qualify for higher-paying roles as you develop new skills and complete training.

Shift hours:

(2nd) 4pm - 12am

(3rd) 12am - 8am

As a Production Operator, individuals will be responsible for working in a team atmosphere. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Producing quality products in accordance to standard
• Performing efficient set-ups, changeovers and production runs
• Learning and cross-train others on production processes and procedures
• Using Lean Methods and Continuous Improvement Concepts to improve efficiency
• Troubleshooting and implementing changes to best meet the customers’ needs

Skills/Education/Experience:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-pace position

• Must have basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and the willingness to learn new processes

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift, Full Time
• Availability for 2nd or 3rd shift only

Work Environment/Work Conditions:

• Eye and Hearing PPE is required
• Safety shoes are also required
