Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Old Hickory, TN is hiring Production Operators for a swing shift on a rotating schedule. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with full-time opportunities available and a 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift that rotates to 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

You will operate and maintain non-woven production lines, ensure safety and quality, and work with converting, slitting, and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate production equipment using computerized systems.
• Inspect and grade finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production processes.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct safety inspections and housekeeping activities.
• Assist with startup and shutdown of production lines.
• Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, AGVs, and tuggers.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Support and train new team members.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout processes.
