Job summary

PeopleFirst Staffing in Moraine, OH, seeks a Production Operator for a temporary position with a potential to convert to full-time. You will prepare products for shipment, inspect, and package, while operating belt filter, spray dryer, and coating equipment.

Must wear steel-toe shoes and perform data entry in an ERP system, following ISO, FDA, and company policies. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with a focus on safety and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to do basic math.
• Steel toe shoes are required.
• Must be able to operate a computer ERP system.
• Basic manual dexterity and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished product for shipment, including inspection and packaging.
• Operate belt filter, spray dryer, and coating processes.
• Enter production data into the ERP system.
• Follow ISO, FDA, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and conserve resources.
• Support team objectives and OKRs while upholding company values.

Production Operator

Production Operator in the Moraine area. Temporary position with an opportunity to be hired full time. Steel toe shoes are required, must be able to do basic math, use a computer ERP System.

• Prepare finished product for shipment to customer, which includes but is not limited to; visual/dimensional inspection, tape, slit, roll, fold, and package.
• Ability to follow work rules to produce pre-mixes and use machinery/equipment required to operate the belt filter, spray dryer, small-dot and stripe coating processes.
• Input data into ERP system to assist with production operation tracking.
• Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with ISO, FDA & Company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing Objectives and Key Results, while being committed to living the company values.
