Position: Production Operator

Compensation: $23.65 per hour (3rd shift and 12 Hour Night Crew)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality foods consumed nationwide
• Utilize technology in an industry-leading facility
• Work with experienced operators willing to pass down knowledge
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and collaborate with maintenance
• Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily
• Participate in startup, changeover, and shutdown procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in training new employees
• Perform other tasks as needed

Work Schedule:

*Currently hiring for 3rd shift and 12-hour night crew.*
Must be willing to work 7 pm - 7 am on a 2-2-3 schedule, working 12 days in a row followed by 2 days off, with every other weekend off. Shifts include day (7 am - 7 pm) and night (7 pm - 7 am).
