Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join our fourth-generation family-owned business in Milwaukee, WI. The role covers welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection, and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Starting pay is $21.00+ based on experience, with raises in the first two years.

The role operates on a 6 PM–6 AM shift with a 3-2-2-3 schedule. We offer weekly pay, quarterly gainsharing bonuses from day one, a strong 401(k) match with profit sharing,

ABOUT OUR POSITION

• MACHINE OPERATOR: This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus. Check out our job description video : Production Operator at Charter Wire - Menomonee Valley
• STARTING PAY:$21.00+ depending on experience **(**with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)**
• SHIFT : Day Shift (6PM - 6AM)
• SCHEDULE : 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working - 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay)
• LOCATION: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208
