Aerotek is seeking Production Operators for a contract position in Meridian, ID. You will stack, package, inspect quality, move materials, and prepare orders while supporting extrusion line operations. Prior manufacturing experience helps, but training is provided for advancement.

Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, physically capable, and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Various shifts and full benefits are offered.

Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

Production Operators are tasked with producing high-quality decking products within a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include stacking and packaging finished products, conducting quality inspections, moving materials, labeling and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and supporting production equipment. Depending on skill level and experience, operators may also assist with machine operation, production setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and extrusion line operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Although prior manufacturing experience is preferred, it is not required, and the company offers opportunities for advancement and training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
