Qualifications

• Preferred: Post-secondary technical education or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Operate textile machinery (Spinning Frames, Twisters, Knotters, Stretch breakers).
• Perform routine yarn quality testing to verify specifications.
• Follow established work instructions and documentation protocols.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts or process deviations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area.
• Contribute to a high-performance team focused on continuous improvement.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Operate Machinery — Operates and performs routine maintenance on production machinery to ensure consistent output.
• Safety & Quality Compliance — Adheres to all safety and quality standards; promptly raises issues or abnormalities.
• Follow Procedures — Follows established work instructions, documentation requirements, and communication protocols.
• Non-Conformance Handling — Identifies, segregates, and reports non-conforming parts, materials, or process deviations.
• Workplace Organization — Maintains a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
