A leading company in light and sustainable construction is seeking team members in Little Rock, AR. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring safety and quality standards, and requires a high school diploma along with manufacturing experience. Shift work includes rotating schedules and physical demands, with competitive pay starting at $20.09 hourly.
Team Members must demonstrate core skills which include understanding Company safety policies, housekeeping standards, statistical process control, following verbal and written instructions, knowing the product line and manufacturing standards, and the essential duties for assigned workstations.
Shift: Rotating schedule; 12hr shifts on weekends, 8hr shifts on weekdays – shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Compensation: Starting at $20.09; pay increase upon completion of training with a range of $20.33-$22.91
Job Location: Little Rock, AR
