Job summary

Arconic, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking team-oriented candidates for a range of production duties at our Indiana plant.

You will operate industrial trucks and cranes, measure metal dimensions, cut samples, set up production equipment, inspect materials, and record data on computer terminals. Evening, night, holiday and overtime shifts are required. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial equipment and metal fabrication preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, holidays, and overtime.
• Basic measurement using micrometers and tape measures.

We are seeking team-oriented candidates to perform a wide variety of production duties including, but not limited to operating industrial trucks and cranes to move metal and other materials throughout the plant; measuring dimensions of metal in fractions and decimals using steel tape, micrometers, and other measuring devices, cut samples, setting up and operating production equipment; inspecting metal and materials, utilizing computer terminals to record metal flow and data through our process. You will be required to work evenings, nights, holidays, and overtime.
