Production Operator (La Mirada, CA)

4am-2:30 pm Monday-Friday

$23.00-$25.00 per hour

A cement manufacturing company in the city of La Mirada is looking for a Machine Operator to help manufacture their product. Great opportunityto work with an amazing company.

Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Setup and Operation: Prepare machines by cleaning, calibrating, and loading raw materials to start production cycles.
• Monitoring: Watch equipment during operation to maintain proper speed, output, and accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers or gauges to spot flaws.
• Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning, routine checks, and minor adjustments to prevent breakdowns.
• Safety and Logging: Follow all health and safety rules, wear protective gear, and record production data in daily logs.

Production Operator Requirements

• Must know how to operate the sit down forklift
• 1-3 years working with production and manufacturing equipment.
• Basic math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read a production computer.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for long hours, bend and lift heavy loads of up to 45lbs.
