Job summary

PPG is seeking a Production Operator to support our manufacturing operations in Kansas City, ensuring quality products are available for customers. You will load materials, set up and run production equipment, and inspect materials and finished goods for quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be responsible for cleaning work areas, handling waste per policies, and helping maintain a safe, efficient production line.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to repeatedly lift to 50lbs within a scheduled shift.
• Proven history as being reliable and consistent with following attendance policies.
• Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for details.
