JOB DESCRIPTION: The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating assigned machines to meet daily production goals and maintain quality specifications. Pay Rate: $18.68/Hour to start. 2nd shift premium: additional $1.50/hr. 3rd shift premium: additional $2.00/hr. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY/ SCOPE:

Bonus: This plan provides a financial reward of up to 5% of gross earnings, when plant performance for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery meet or exceed the established targets.
