• Maintain accurate manufacturing and quality documentation per procedures.
• Access and review electronic documentation to ensure current revisions are used.
• Support training and cross-training to enhance team capabilities.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to support safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Follow written instructions and established processes with high accuracy.
• Perform precision soldering based on blueprints and using microscopes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range Transparency: Johnson City, TN $16.00–$20.00 Hourly Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
