Responsibilities

• Read and follow manufacturing order instructions to gather, measure, weigh, and document ingredients.
• Load ingredients (up to 50 lbs.) into mixers, blend as specified, and transfer batches to the next process.
• Operate extrusion equipment to process batches and ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Manage and transfer finished products from extrusion and drying processes using drums, carts, or trays.
• Polish finished products using panning processes and add liquids manually or via automation.

Shift: 1st shift, M-Th 3a-1:30p, Fri 5a-1:30p

What’s a typical day as Production Operator?
