We are now seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Production Operator who is ready to make a positive impact on the business. This is a full-time, permanent position.

About you:

We require a team-oriented and highly skilled Operator who is:

• Self-motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required
• Has a strong focus on safety and quality
• Previous experience in operating fillers and packing production lines in the food industry is preferred
• Exceptional fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills and a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
• Sound numeracy and literacy skills
• SAP system experience is highly regarded

You are a dedicated individual, flexible and adaptable to work various rosters, with attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships within the business.
