Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a production assembler to join our automotive parts team. You will assemble parts per quality standards, stand for long periods, and operate with attention to safety.

Responsibilities include meeting production rates, identifying defects, following work instructions, and training as needed. This role may involve using hand tools and will require flexibility to work all shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Able to stand on concrete for long periods.
• Able to work from verbal or written instructions.
• Able to lift 20–50 pounds.
• Able to bend, stoop, lift throughout the shift.
• Able to meet all Quality and Production standards.
• Able to work all 3 shifts based on seniority, including many Saturdays and some Mondays.
