We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Operator to join our team on 2nd shift in Grafton, WI. The Production Operator will be responsible for running equipment, assembling parts, monitoring quality, and supporting overall production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures.

• Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet quality and production targets.

• Monitor machinery for proper operation and report malfunctions.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Document production data and complete required paperwork accurately.

• Assist with setup and changeovers as needed.

Qualifications:
