Position Overview:

As a Production Operator at Trenton Pressing, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring the efficient production of automotive parts. You will work as part of a team to meet daily production targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate stamping presses, welding machines, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.

Load and unload parts, ensuring proper alignment and placement.

Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks on parts throughout the production process.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.

Communicate any machine malfunctions or quality issues to team leads or maintenance promptly.

Keep work areas clean and organized according to 5S principles.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required — training is provided.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
