Job summary

Argenta, Fort Dodge, IA, is seeking a Production Operator to perform set-up, operate and troubleshoot filling and packaging equipment. You will document work, weigh raw materials, dispense, blend, mix, and compress tablets, and verify line checks, ensuring accurate batch records and status tags per SOPs.

Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Production Operator at our Fort Dodge, IA location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs set-up, operations and troubleshooting of the equipment in the filling and/or packaging areas.
• Additional duties include the documentation of work, weighing raw materials, dispensing, blending, mixing, compression (tablet press) etc.
• Verify line checks
• Make legible and accurate entries into batch records, logbooks, protocols, and status tags according to SOPs

About You:

• High school diploma or experience in a related field
• posses a strong understanding of GMP regulations
• Requires excellent written communication and organizational skills
• A good understanding of factory processes and technology
• Must have basic mathematical skills and be able to utilize a calculator
• Detail oriented
• Be able to follow written directions of batch records, protocols, company policies, good manufacturing practices and SOPs
