Job summary

Argenta, Fort Dodge, IA, is seeking a Production Operator to join our Fort Dodge facility. You will support the filling and packaging lines, perform set-up, run operations and troubleshoot equipment to keep production moving.

Responsibilities

• Performs set-up, operations and troubleshooting of equipment in the filling and/or packaging areas.
• Documents work, weighs raw materials, dispensing, blending, mixing, compression (tablet press), etc.
• Verify line checks.
• Make legible and accurate entries into batch records, logbooks, protocols, and status tags according to SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs set-up, operations and troubleshooting of the equipment in the filling and/or packaging areas.
• Additional duties include the documentation of work, weighing raw materials, dispensing, blending, mixing, compression (tablet press) etc.
• Verify line checks
• Make legible and accurate entries into batch records, logbooks, protocols, and status tags according to SOPs

About You

• High school diploma or experience in a related field
• posses a strong understanding of GMP regulations
• Requires excellent written communication and organizational skills
• A good understanding of factory processes and technology
• Must have basic mathematical skills and be able to utilize a calculator
• Detail oriented
• Be able to follow written directions of batch records, protocols, company policies, good manufacturing practices and SOPs
