Parker Lord has immediate openings for the following roles at the Robison Road facility in Erie, PA:
This role involves all aspects of the Silicone manufacturing process, including transfer molding, mold assembly, finishing, blasting, mixing, blending, freshening, metal processing, fabrication, post baking, part marking, product assembly, painting, testing, and inspection. Operators must meet skill requirements and demonstrate proficiency before pay increases. This position is within the scope of the FM Drug and Alcohol program, requiring pass of FAA Drug Screen upon hire and participation in random testing.
HCL Fabricators perform various manufacturing processes across different areas within the HCL department. Candidates must meet skill requirements and demonstrate proficiency before pay increases. This position is also within the scope of the FM Drug and Alcohol program, with similar testing requirements.
This role supports Erie plant production of metal components using punch presses, power forming machines, deburring equipment, and lathes, following all safety protocols and participating in continuous improvement activities. Inspecting parts to meet drawing requirements using comparators and other measuring instruments is required.
All candidates must be able to work off shift (2nd or 3rd) for extended periods.
