Production Operator

Location:

Concord, CA

Shift:

2nd Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay:

$21/hour starting wage plus shift differential

Position Summary:

The Photopolymer Plate Mounter 1 is an entry-level role responsible for the physical imaging process of Flexographic printing plates, quality, and maintenance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Process plates according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production supervisor to maintain quality, efficiency, reduce waste, and meet deadlines.
• Conduct Quality Control on imaged plates for shipping.
• Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing training.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in plate or production manufacturing

Preferred Experience:

• Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM
