Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy in Missouri is seeking an Operator to run filling equipment, follow GMP and SQF procedures, and support product integrity. You will monitor quality, perform CIP, and maintain accurate records for production lines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, understands GMP standards, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced dairy environment. Prior experience with filling equipment is a plus, and teamwork is essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous filling equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report deviations from Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor.
  • Operate CIP of half gallon & gallon filling equipment and protocols.
  • Maintain proper customer carton supply following script without interfering with production and efficiencies.
  • Perform Dye checks as well as Titrate Sanitize tank hourly.
  • Perform case packer and blow mold duties and palletize as required.
  • Maintain constant communication with lab, processing and case packers.
  • Milk receiving responsibilities.
  • Complete all required documentation.

Purpose

The operator is responsible for equipment operation while maintaining quality standards, adhering to recognized GMP standards and performing the required procedures to ensure the integrity of the product.

Essential Responsibilities

  • All plant personnel have the responsibility to monitor and report any deviations from our Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor.
  • Responsible for operation/ CIP of half gallon & gallon filling equipment and protocols.
