As a Production Operator, you’ll work hands-on with a collaborative team at the center of our factory processes. You’ll train in several functional areas within the manufacturing environment so you can provide support across our production teams. With safety top of mind, you’ll ensure that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition as you use your quick problem‑solving skills to address equipment needs throughout the operation day. The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.74 an hour for Operator E rate. The pay progression plan follows: Operator D $27.18, Operator C $30.56, Operator B $38.67. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
