Job summary

Rogers Corporation in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a production line operator to meet defined goals. This role communicates production issues and takes direction from the department supervisor and/or lead on a daily basis, working Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6 AM-6 PM.

Responsibilities include setting up, operating and troubleshooting equipment, recording data, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Forklift certification may be pursued and computer literacy is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent or comparable work experience.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification.
• Willing and able to work with computers.

• Perform visual inspection, measurement and testing in accordance with established procedures
• Accurately record production data into the computer database
• Communicate with various departments regarding product quality issues, material availability and processing issues
• Maintain safe work environment, including cleaning, minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean up
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
• Willing and able to become certified in fork lift operation
• Willing and able to work with computers
