Job summary

Rogers Corporation in Chandler, AZ is seeking an operator to perform daily production tasks on the casting line, monitor the process, and communicate with teammates to ensure production targets are met.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating casting equipment, supporting the casting process, performing routine maintenance, recording production data, and upholding safety protocols. This is a day shift with a 6:00am–6:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Willing and able to become certified in forklift operation.
• Willing and able to work with computers.

• Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and aid in implementing changes as necessary.

Summary

Will be responsible for monitoring the casting process and communicating with other team members as necessary to ensure that production targets are met. This is a day shift position; the scheduled hours are Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday from 6:00am to 6:00pm
