What You'll Do

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Attend required training on all relevant equipment and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
• Cross‑train on multiple machines
• Efficiently set‑up, operate, monitor and adjust shop equipment (furnaces, straighteners, saws, and shot blast) to ensure a conforming product

What You'll Need

• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions, including heat and cold
• Ability to work in a safety‑conscious industrial environment using PPE
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations
• Team player in a fast‑paced environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and root‑cause analysis
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, stand for long periods, stretch, bend, and use hands in repetitive motions
• Work ethic and punctuality
