Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Operator to join our onsite team. You will read blueprints and technical instructions, operate various tools and machines, and use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality and efficiency.

This role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and adherence to environmental procedures in a high-standard production environment. You will contribute to a safe workplace, support continuous improvement, and participate in a team that values

Production Operator

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment.
  • Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to working safely and supporting a safe workplace for everyone.
