AES is looking for Production Operators to join our team for an on‑site assignment in California, USA! This opportunity is a 6‑month contract processed through Guatemala, with the possibility of extension.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes in a chemical lab environment. Your tasks will involve operating equipment, handling materials, following safety protocols, and ensuring production quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
