Job summary

Boysen USA Alabama is seeking a production team member responsible for manufacturing parts. Follow standard work methods, maintain safety and quality, and support efficient production.

Must be able to work weekends and rotating shifts, lift up to 35 pounds, stand for 8 hours, and collaborate with team. A high school diploma is required; manufacturing experience is a plus. Shift times are listed above, with opportunities across first, second, and third shifts.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

This position reports directly to the responsible Team Leader and works directly with the staff in the Production department. This position has a communication relationship with all department managers and other employees in the BAL Operations department

COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE:

• Must be organized and show initiative.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

• Minimum High School Diploma
